About the Role:
As a Residential Sales Agent with Whisker Coastal Property, you will be supported to grow your business, strengthen your profile and build long-term success within the Sunshine Coast property market.
You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, conducting appraisals, building strong client relationships, managing buyers and vendors, negotiating sales and delivering a high level of communication and service throughout every stage of the campaign.
This role is suited to someone who already understands the rhythm of real estate and is ready to take ownership of their next chapter. You will be expected to prospect consistently, follow up professionally, represent the brand with confidence and contribute positively to the continued growth of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting prospecting, lead generation and follow-up activity to create new opportunities.
Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and the local community.
Conducting property appraisals and providing accurate, well-informed market advice.
Guiding clients through the sales process from listing to settlement.
Managing buyer enquiry, inspections, follow-up and negotiations.
Maintaining clear, consistent and professional communication throughout every stage of the campaign.
Using the CRM consistently and proactively to manage leads, tasks and client relationships.
Contributing to the continued growth of the business through networking, prospecting and identifying new opportunities in the market.
Growing your market knowledge, personal profile and presence within Mooloolaba and the wider Sunshine Coast.
Working closely with the team and contributing positively to a supportive, ambitious and high-performing culture.
About You:
You are a motivated, polished and people-focused real estate professional who is ready for the right opportunity to grow.
You may already have a strong sales history and be looking for an agency that better aligns with your values, ambitions and long-term goals. Or, you may have been in real estate for a few years and feel ready to step into a more supportive, premium environment where your effort, attitude and potential will be recognised and backed.

You will ideally have:
A current QLD real estate licence or certificate, or the ability to obtain the relevant Queensland qualification if relocating.
A minimum of two years’ experience in real estate sales, property, business development or a closely aligned sales environment.
A genuine passion for residential property and a desire to build a long-term career in real estate.
A proven ability to build relationships, communicate confidently and create trust with clients.
Experience with prospecting, lead generation, buyer management and client follow-up.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence, polish and professionalism in the way you present yourself.
