About the Role:
Learn the foundations of residential property sales within a high-performing boutique agency
Be trained and developed in the key areas of prospecting, lead generation, buyer management, communication, negotiation, and relationship building
Assist with prospecting, lead generation, follow-up, and database management
Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and the local community
Support the sales process from appraisal through to settlement while developing the skills to confidently manage transactions over time
Conduct buyer follow-up and maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients
Develop strong habits around follow-up, service, personal presentation, and professionalism
Use the CRM consistently and proactively to manage leads, tasks, and client relationships
Grow your market knowledge, profile, and confidence through hands-on experience, mentorship, and daily exposure to a premium property market
Work closely with the team and contribute positively to the culture and continued growth of the business
About You:
Have a genuine passion for property and a strong desire to build a career in residential sales
Hold a current QLD real estate licence or certificate, or be actively working towards obtaining it
Hungry, motivated, and eager to learn
