We’re looking for an Office Administrator to become a key part of our close-knit team.
This is an opportunity to develop and grow on the business side of real estate. We’re seeking someone who’s in it for the long run — a reliable team player who’ll take pride in supporting our agents and ensuring our operations run seamlessly.
What you’ll be doing
Greeting clients and being the warm, welcoming face of our office
Providing administrative support to our sales team
Preparing professional documents, emails, and property marketing materials
Assisting with database management and property listings
Helping to keep the office running smoothly (and looking great!)
Taking initiative and contributing to our positive team culture
Social Media Management & Content Creation
Who we’re looking for
A people person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, proactive, and adaptable, with excellent attention to detail
Confident using computers and quick to learn new systems
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same
Holds a Real Estate Salesperson Certificate (or is willing to obtain one)
